Gossett did an excellent job of standing behind their word. The incentives quoted were done. They made me feel valued during the entire purchase.. It was hard for me to even go to their location due to the fact there is another Hyundai dealership less than 3 miles from my home. However, when I got there, they had exactly the vehicle I had been searching for. When I called prior to getting there, I was given a quote. The quote was honored. The dealership also sent me a video of the car. We had a few mishaps with the initial detailing for a new vehicle not being thoroughly done; however, that did not overshadow the total experience! Jerwan- Terminal mgr, Rodney - sales, the new young salesman, whose name escapes me and Svc Mgr Brian were excellent!!! I strongly using this dealership!

Upon walking up to the building I was greeted by salesman Keith. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout my whole process. The other person that was helping him named Patrick was extremely helpful as well. I ended up purchasing a 2026 Hyundai Venue SE. Thank you so much for everything. Gossett is always very concern when it comes to their customers. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I've had my vehicle for 3 years and im always contacted especially if their a recall.
