Was shopping with my son for him a car. I set up an appointment at Gossett Hyundai South. William Sutton was quick to greet us and helped us thru the whole process with care, professionalism, and the eagerness to meet and exceed our expectations. The whole staff that we had the pleasure of speaking and working with were very kind and professional! We had all of our questions answered and they made the whole process easy, but most importantly William made it a point to make it special for my son's car buying experience. His car was immaculate when he was handed the key and was ready to drive it home. We will definitely be back and recommend Gossett Hyundai South to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle with a truly genuine buying experience from a staff that cares about you leaving happy.

Unfortunately my experience was less than stellar. My technican seemed to be completely unaware my Santa Cruz had a dual clutch and even ask me how I knew that or where did I get that ideal from. There was a system update that needed to be done so I dropped my car off on Tues for the update, an oil change and informed them of the check engine light was on due to the issue with the transmission that is under warranty. I was told that at latest Thursday or Friday it would be ready or at least they would know if the system update fixed the problem. I called Thursday morning and the technician informed me he didn't know if anyone has even looked at the car. He said give him a little more time to investigate and he would call me back. I called again around 2:30 pm and was told he was on a call and they didn't know how long he would be on the phone . So I waited to 4:30pm and called back. At that point he informed no one had even looked at the car. So I told him I would just pick it up the next morning. So on Friday I grabbed an Uber and went to Gossett only to realize not even the simple oil change had been done and my car was filthy.. I showed him the condition of my front area and he just said someone must have step in something and got in. Wowwwwww. I informed him I would take it to another dealership. So yes I'm disappointed in them and it's obvious because I never send a negative review lol

Abraham was a Wonderful salesman, courteous and professional. He made sure that I understood all of the features my vehicle had and how to use them properly. He explained when my first oil change would be due. He introduced me to the attendant that would help me when would be back for any service in the future. He had kept great communication with me thus far as to my experience with my new purchase. Thank you Abraham

I needed to replace my tire and the Gossett Hyundai Service Team Mt. Mariah was excellent! the replacement was efficient, the tire balance made a complete different driving experience and I feel very safe. Also the new dealership design was beautiful and comfortable in the waiting area. An overall great experience, I will be back!!
