Gossett Motor Cars Inc Jeep

Had my truck for 2 weeks for an ignition switch. No communication other than hey we’re busy. They didn’t tell me what was wrong with it before just fixing it. Just told me it was ready and you owe almost $600. Whatever, I pay for it and wait for an eternity for them to bring my truck up to me because they can’t find my key. Pretty frustrating now. I leave and take home to wash it. Now I’m really upset, I realize they have scratched my truck up pretty badly. I’d give zero stars if I could.

My experience was excellent. I went in one Saturday morning to first come first serve. My car was seen and problem correctly diagnosed with in 2 hours. A part was ordered and arrived promptly and was on next visit was in and out in 2 hours. This is the way a service department should be run My service tech Jonathan was extremely professional and helpful. I will definitely use gossett for service in the future and recommend them

This was for repair or replacement of my 2013 Dodge Journey Key Fob. My rating is a 3-overall. This event took entirely too long and was unnecessarily expensive for such a small but essentially exquisite feature on Chrysler's top vehicle. I don't know what I could have done differently, I know after 2 days of actual hands repair service, it should been given top priority because it involved the security system. . In a time of lesser family members and even fewer friends to depend on, consumers need real emergency auto repair. I encourage others to do as I have always done- as a long time member of AAA Auto Service and a purchaser of extended warranty protection on major purchases -in an attempt to avoid hardships to myself and family. I even went directly to the dealership for the "Best Service" repair possible? Nearly 2 months to work on a Key Fob issue is just unexceptionable for any rating other than neutral or less. I was so confused & embarrassed trying to defend Chrysler Dodge to so many family, friends, church members, co-workers, Uber drivers etc. as alternated soliciting rides (thinking -it would be ready tomorrow) for such a simple fix. Even if I tried to cover up for the duration of time; they began to bad mouth the Chrysler brand; so I stopped. I've purchased a Ford, Buick & Chevrolet with Chrysler boosting my confidence with 2002 PT Cruiser, this Dodge Journey and now have a 2021Pacifica...all in good faith. But, now I'm truly worried about future vehicle purchases. I really wanted to stay with the Chrysler brand??? But, major repairs to the Pacifica after only 3 months, a Key Fob issue nearly 60 days + over $2,500 including added transportation expenses during entire Holiday Season!?!😭

I had a great experience at this Jeep dealership service department! My representative (Mr. Schritenthal) was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and my Jeep was serviced in a timely manner. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress free he made my visit. Thank you for the great customer service. Anthony was a great salesperson! Friendly, helpful and very accommodating to all our needs! Purchased our son a new car, and Anthony was able to meet all our needs!
