Highly recommend!!! They recently fixed my alternator and just repaired my AC as well. Both times they got my car in quickly, explained everything clearly, and had it running great again. It’s hard to find honest, reliable mechanics, and I really appreciate how helpful and professional they’ve been. Definitely grateful to have a place I can trust with my car!

I can’t say enough positive things about not only this business, but the integrity of the people who run it as well. Hands down the best experience I have had at a dealership and/or a repair shop in my life. I’ve been here multiple times for repairs, but most recently I brought it in for an oil change & diagnostic inspection, knowing there was an issue but unsure what. They did the change quickly, & informed me my car wasn’t safe to drive at all due to my tires showing wires & having wildly different sized tires/rims. I am a younger woman, who doesn’t have a dad or a knowledgeable man to help me figure out these little details in life. I could very easily be manipulated into paying way more than I should for repairs & quite frankly, have been before. They went above & beyond to give me excellent recommendations of cost effective repairs, found me good used tires; drove to buy them for me AND drove me to my house to get my original rim that needed to go back on the car. Got me safe & back on the road as quickly as possible. Every interaction I have had here has been 10/5 stars & Ive felt like I am getting service from family when I am here or call with a question. I will be shouting from the rooftops about how great this business is at every possible interaction & sending as much business their way that I can. AND- they have discounts for military & first responders! Good people matter in this world- I kindly recommend & even ask you to consider bringing your car related business here & furthermore, tell your friends about it after you experience the same type of service I have had here.

If your looking to buy CPO vehicles GOULDERS IS THE PLACE TO SHOP!!!!! I will recommend them to every person I know because HONESTY, a man of his word and not a single sign of a red flag walking through the door of this place! First of cliff a great sales man and overall a very pleasant person working with! And TIM him self “A MAN OF HIS WORD” recently bought my LR RR from here and vehicle came upon a little issue took it in a few times but Tim said we got this 2 days later problem fixed! Never experienced this type of service from a business before. I couldn't get a ride out to pick up my truck until later and one of the people, without being asked offered to drive out to my house to pick me up and drive 15 minutes back to get my vehicle. They gave us a tour of the shop and let my daughter play with some of the vintage cars. Some of the nicest people I've ever met. We actually left feeling we had fun which is not something you normally would expect when you go pick up your car for an oil change!
