Randy Hall was the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with, I recently lose my wife in Florida and decided to move back to Bassett. He went above and beyond helping me with my purchase of a GMC Sierra 1500 SLT , he made sure that everything was done correctly and made my decision a lot easier. He also delivered my vehicle to the place I was staying which was a surprise because I have never had anyone do that before. Thank you Randy Hall and everyone for great service

Wasn’t happy. Took entirely too long to repair. The truck set in the parking lot almost 3 weeks before being repaired. I never received a call about the progress on truck until they sent a text saying the truck was ready and the bill. Poor customer service. Also the bill I receive wasn’t even itemized. So no telling what I paid for.

I believe in giving credit where it is due and these Guys and Gals definitely deserve the credit. The customer service is here is exceptional!! The messaging system accommodated by photos while your vehicle is in service is TOP NOTCH. Pricing is reasonable and service is reasonably quick… whether getting something as simple as an oil change or a more in depth service , please consider GR Chevy .. they definitely exceeded my expectation.

Made an appointment on Tuesday for cranking issue on my truck. Was called Tuesday afternoon and told there was no tech there to work on that issue until Thursday. Made appointment for Thursday at 10:45 am. Took truck in as scheduled. I did not receive any information about truck on Thursday. Called service Dept. on Friday morning inquiring about status of truck. Service manager said tech drove truck and could not make it do the cranking issue. I asked if he did any diagnostics test he said no. Told to call back later Friday afternoon and he would hope to have some information . Called at 3:00 pm and service manager told me he tried to get the tech to look at the truck but he did not. Informed him I would be there in 15 mins to pick truck up. I don't know how a service dept. like this stays in business. I for one will never take a vehicle to this dealership for service again.

We have all of our Chevy's serviced here. 1 of witch was bought here. We love these guys 🥰. Always courteous, service is great and usually fairly fast. Make sure you make an appointment at least a week in advance, they are busy, but they take care of you.
