I had an excellent experience with the saleperson Adrian and Diego at Graff Chevrolet. They were both very attentive and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and concerns during the sale and after the sale. My wife and myself loved our 2026 Silverado Truck!

As far as dealerships are concerned, my experience was excellent. Diego was not just a salesperson but like family. Everyone else made me feel comfortable and appreciated. In the beginning, we did go through a little rough patch but everyone, especially Diego, worked to make me a satisfied customer. I thank you all.

I am extremely disappointed with the service experience at Graff Chevrolet. We first brought our vehicle in back in March and were placed on a waiting list. After waiting several months, we returned on June 2 amd spoke to Kayla and Saul and were told to bring the vehicle back the following week on June 9th and to be there right at 7 because they would be able to diagnose it that day. We brought the vehicle in on June 9 as instructed I was there before they even opened up. It has now been several days, and the dealership still cannot tell us what is wrong with the vehicle. We have been without our car this entire time and have received very little information about when we can expect answers. To make matters worse, our warranty will not cover a rental vehicle until a diagnosis has been made. Because the dealership has not been able to diagnose the issue, we are left paying out of pocket for alternate transportation while our vehicle sits at the dealership after paying for the extended warranty to cover all cost. I understand that repairs can take time, but waiting months for an appointment, being told the vehicle would be looked at that day, and then going days without a diagnosis is unacceptable. Better communication and more realistic expectations would have gone a long way. At this point, we are frustrated not only by the delay but by the lack of urgency and transparency throughout the process. I hope Graff Chevrolet takes steps to improve how they handle customers who rely on their vehicles and are left without transportation for extended periods of time.
