Brad Benn at Graff Chevrolet was an absolute lifesaver. I needed a 3500 dually fast to stay road legal and keep my business moving, and he immediately got to work. Within an hour, I was approved and signing papers. No runaround, no wasted time, just straight results. Not to mention, he was able to get my windows tinted with a day’s notice and was incredibly flexible with getting my truck to me. That level of service made the whole experience even better. First in this review I want to name the people who made my experience great. Steve Brown, Chip Watt, Dan Seconsky, Schuyler Wendy, Chelsea Steele, Justine and any one I may have forgot. They went above and beyond for the concerns I had with my vehicle purchase. They listened to my concerns and did everything they could do to help me and my family. Through this car purchasing experience they proved beyond any doubt that they do care about the customer. Every interaction I had with them was very stress free. I can’t say enough good things about Josh Knapp and the team at Graff Durand Chevrolet. Over the last 10 years I’ve bought several vehicles from Josh — he consistently goes above and beyond to find exactly what I want, never pressuring me into a deal or pushing something I don’t need.
