Have had a check engine light on since July, car is under warranty. Followed recommend steps, step 4 was to replace top of engine, parts ordered end of December, finally got in to be fixed on March 23. I'm hopeful that his took care of the problem. Everyone was very pleasant but it should not take that long to get to the bottom of it
Great communication regarding updates on vehicle. Great customer service! Friendly staff. 1 suggestion, more awareness on wheelchair accessibility. (Service door has about a 3 inch step up that may be difficult for manual or power chair users to maneuver).
I was happy with the Service I am very happy with the way. Fletcher helped me with all the needs I needed and getting into the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica, as fast as he could much appreciated.
Warranty claim and still won't fix the issue with my vehicle. Techs claiming spark plugs and boots should be replaced with Mopar plugs even though symptoms don't change when coils and plugs are moved around so that's not the problem. Also want to change those and charge $608 to replace 4 plugs and the boys, that's a 20 min at most job. The problem is the head or head gasket. I will just have to eat the cost and do it myself. Not happy with how this went and I will not deal with you're dealership ever again.
Fletcher was amazing, funny, and very easy going made our process super easy and stress free! Highly recommend him!! Overall everyone here is so super sweet loved our experience
