Graff Ford of Chesterton

I have worked with multiple Ford dealerships and Graff has been my best experience by far. I walked into the dealership without my husband because he was working but I really wanted to look at and test drive a car I saw online before it sold. I’ve done this in the past at other dealerships (large Ford dealerships in NWI) and have had AWFUL experiences with pushy, predatory salesmen. Every person I encountered at Graff was respectful, friendly, not at all pushy, and made me feel so comfortable. Julian was our salesman and I could not recommend him more! He answered all of my questions, was a great conversationalist, and was so helpful through the entire car buying process. The manager John checked in multiple times to make sure we were happy with our experience. Buying a car can be so stressful but everyone at Graff made it surprisingly enjoyable. Highly highly recommend doing business with them.

Had a great experience. Scheduled oil change package. Valet picked up my car so I didn't need time away from the office (or scramble to get a ride back). Great communication. Video of car check up in process and recommended services. No pressure! Topped off fluids, nice! Valet staff kept in touch and were awesome! Smooth sailing. Thanks, Graff!

Graff Service is amazing! Being able to come to work and have them pick up the truck and take it for Service then return it is a luxury in my eyes! Thank you for being awesome!!!

This was my first time visiting this dealership and I am very pleased with my decision of coming here!! Sierra was my saleswoman and she did such an amazing job at selling me this truck when I had no idea what vehicle I even wanted when I first walked in. She made me feel very comfortable about my choice to get a bronco and I’m in love!!!! 10/10

I just bought a 2015 GMC Canyon here today! Harry/Harrison is the best! Wait… HARRISON, who works at FORD in INDIANA? Who’s gonna say he ain’t the best in town? “It’s not the years, it’s the mileage!” Yes it’s an Indiana Jones reference.
