For the last 4 or 5 years, we've bought several vehicles from this place and I can not recommend Jay Brown enough! The whole experience each time and the people you meet there are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and willing to spend the time to help you! They definitely make you feel welcome and part of the family. Ya'll have a very special group of people that do an amazing job from start to finish. I only wish I could remember ever person's name we met!

They listed a nice blue 2024 Sierra 1500 Elevation. I drove 1.5 hours with my 1 year old son (salesman was aware I was making this drive) to see the truck. Drove really nice. Had a massive dent in the bottom of the front bumper that wasn’t very visible in pictures. They offered to touch up the paint but wouldn’t fix the bumper. Walked to back of truck to find a punch hole dent that looks like someone dropped the tailgate on a trailer jack. This one is basically a crack and a hole in the tailgate which they also offered to paint over. The truck was not cleaned or washed before I saw it. The salesman and manager claimed they never saw either of the big points of damage which clearly indicates they are either lying, or they don’t inspect the exterior of their vehicles. Highly recommend shopping elsewhere because if they were trying to hide those things who knows what they might be hiding mechanically. They did paint over those spots even though I’m not buying the truck so if you go look at that truck beware!
