What stood out the most was how valued and comfortable they made us feel throughout the entire experience. We absolutely love our brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum and could not be happier with our decision. I just want to say Leann was awesome in trying to help me find a vehicle. I came in and said I don't have a car I need a car, My mom is ready for me to get out of her truck, lol and that's what she did she even made me tear up scratch that she made me cry lol when she said I was approved for a 2026 Nissan Kicks whoop whoop!! I recently purchased a 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum AWD from Grainger Nissan and had a great experience from start to finish. Shawn Heyward in sales and Billy in finance were both outstanding to work with. Unfortunately I cannot remember the sales managers name however he was great! The entire process was relaxed and completely pressure free. I was allowed time to go home and pickup my wife without feeling rushed. Everyone treated us with respect, and the dealership itself had a very calm and quiet atmosphere compared to a lot of other places I’ve been throughout my career. A big take away for me was their willingness to stay late to help finalize everything and they worked efficiently to make the deal happen. They also gave me more for my trade-in than I expected, which really helped. As military, I appreciated how friendly and respectful the staff was throughout the entire process, and the no "BS" approach was taken. We were in and out in about 3 hours and never felt rushed or pushed into anything. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle buying experiences I’ve had, I will absolutely purchase from them again in the future! Highly recommend asking for Shawn if you stop by as he will take his time with you and make sure that you are getting what you need!

Came up here with one of my soldiers to get his first car. Mrs. LeAnn Benoit was immensely helpful in not only assisting him with his first purchase but was very knowledgeable about the entire process especially when it came to service members. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as assisted when I ran for codes and ensured my soldier was not getting ripped off. She was very upfront, honest and the best salesperson I have dealt with between myself purchasing vehicles and when I accompany soldiers to make sure they don't get ripped off. 10/10 would recommend Mrs. LeAnn to anyone who is looking to get a vehicle.
