We just purchased a Telluride from Dell yesterday and it was BY FAR the easiest, quickest and painless car buying process we’ve ever been through - AND we had two kids with us lol. I called Dell on my way down to the dealership and told him what I was looking for and that I’d like to test drive at least 2 vehicles. He had them pulled around front, keys in hand and waiting for us to arrive! I looked at a sorento, super cute and actually a really nice and spacious SUV, but I personally wanted something a little bigger, which is why we went with the Telluride. I thought going into the finance office would be the longest part of our time at the dealership - and even that wasn’t long! Maybe 20 minutes? Everything was done quickly, efficiently, there wasn’t a pain in the butt back and forth, we told them what we could afford and Dell helped us make a choice on something that was in our budget and exactly what we wanted. The finance lady (I loved her, I cannot remember her name for the life of me I am so sorry but she had red hair) WAS SO FRIENDLY AND FUNNY and we had really nice conversation while we were signing. It was a really, really nice experience. Real people that want to see you in WHAT YOU WANT rather than just eager to make a sale 10/10 experience, seriously. Thank y’all so much!!!!

Service was amazing, not a long wait and thorough Dawn was a major help getting my Kia App fixed lol after I kinda messed it up. She was so patient with me. Thank you Dawn. I love my Sportage !!

Granbury KIA was amazing to work with! They treated our 17 year old son with so much respect while he was walking around looking for the car he wanted. Mustafa was our salesman and he was top notch! Helped Colt find the vehicle he wanted and listened to what Colt liked most about the cars! We will be back. Rachel in the finance department was genuinely excited for Colt and kept congratulating him while in the room! Great service, but even better people!!!!
