This review is only regarding after sales service: purchased a brand new EV, after 5 days of ownership had a charging issue, spent several hours troubleshooting by myself and speaking with Onstar and GM, was told by both to go see my dealer. When I called the dealer I was told I could have an appointment in 15 days, and when I asked if I could dop off the car so they could at least check for errors codes or maybe a reflash and take a loaner in the meantime was told a loaner really wasn’t garanteed. I specifically asked about this possibilty before purchasing and was told no problem… Disappointing.

Terrible experience, we talked to them on the phone numerous times before driving nearly two hours to see the vehicle. Got there and were met with surprises.1. The sticker price was higher than advertised 2. After saying on the phone there was nothing was wrong with it the salesman tells us that the cars brakes were shot, and needed to be replaced and that it was going to need new tires as well. Finally he told me that that the steering was broken and quoted me $2500 to fix that on top of fixing the tires and brakes. Very dishonest , disrespectful and a huge waste of time. Never going back and suggest that buyers beware.

Very pleased! Just traded my 2011 Gti in for a new GMC Elevation 1500 have put only 5000 km on yet so I don't know what the service calls and warranty are like but the sale went smoothly very satisfied. Didn't get as much for my car as I was hoping but very reasonable and saved me from having to go through the hassle and wait of selling it privately. Thanks guys! Will post more once I've gotten my first free oil change done.
