As soon as we walked in, Michael was there to greet us. We were looking for a car for my daughter who is a college student. Michael had the Sentra and Rogue ready for us to test drive. I had such a great experience working with Chris. After I originally called about the vehicle and felt the price was a little too high, he actually reached back out the very next day to let me know the price had been lowered. Since I live about an hour away, I was nervous about putting a deposit down without seeing the vehicle first, but Chris went above and beyond by sending me videos and pictures of literally everything .. probably close to 47 total LITERALLY so I felt comfortable and fully informed before making the trip. There were even some issues with the vehicle almost being sold, but Chris communicated with me the entire time and helped make arrangements so everything was ready for me the day I came in.
