Grand Rapids Chevrolet GMC

We will always use Grand Rapids GM! We arrived not expecting the business to be open and were quickly browsing for a car for our son. We found one that looked like it hit all the specifications we were looking for. We poked our head in the door and a wonderful sales manager bent over backwards to answer questions, she offer for us to test drive over night and filled it up with gas. We had a nice conversation with both of their finance team members and went home. The next day, I was able to work with Nate (the best) salesman in our family’s opinion and was able to work out a deal. We had nothing but the best service from start to finish, have a perfect vehicle for our son and the whole team there was fantastic!

I just picked up the license plates today for my Colorado Trail Boss that I leased a few weeks ago with Aidan Rajala. He put my plates on today in just a few minutes -- in and out. When I visited a few weeks ago, there were a couple of in-stock vehicles I was thinking about, and Aidan was the sales guy I worked with. He had a great, attitude with the entire process, and emphasized that he wanted to be sure I get the vehicle I want, so it was all focused on what I wanted. Zero pressure at all. Finance Manager Zachary Wohlers was personable and helpful as well, going over different terms with me and comparing purchasing versus leasing. I decided to lease for now since I just moved back up to Northern Minnesota, but when this lease is up I'll definitely end up buying from these guys.

The owner greeted me when I came into the store! I worked with Aidan who was fantastic! I was in and out in 2 hours! The complete purchase was flawless and stress free! They came in at a competitive price so no need to bicker back and forth for hours and hours! Really, it was an easy process! I very much recommend!!!
