Chase was a great salesman to deal with. I had a fantastic experience. It took a bit of time but that’s my fault for not doing my smog test and renewing my tags before I came in. If they are within 3 months of expiration they won’t be able to transfer them. So everything went great. Oh they had water, snacks and lots of space.

I had THE best buying experience at Grand Subaru. I had been dreaming of buying a Crosstrek for years and the perfect car popped up on a random search for me. I had no intentions of buying one yet but it was just too good of a deal to pass up. We had visited Grand Subaru and test driven a Crosstrek a couple of years earlier and I liked the vibe of the salespeople and was happy to return. The team at Grand was wonderful every step of the way, I never felt any high pressure to buy or make a quick deal on the car. I hadn't bought a car in over 12 years so I was a little nervous about buying such a nice car for myself. The whole process was so laid back and was the exact experience I was looking for. Karla and Drew were the best! Honestly from the start to finish, I was comfortable! Karla helped me understand everything about my subaru ascent onyx suv and went above and beyond moving my car inside so I could install my kids car seat and had us stay warm! Drew really helped me bundle and made sure my car was safe! They were both so sweet with my baby and he even got his own Subie stuffie!
