I went into Grand Touring Automobiles with my mother with specifically to look at the Aston Martins because it was my dream car. As a young adult I love to view cars and it was extremely nice of a lady that has blond hair at the reception to give me and my mother a tour. All the staff were extremely nice and outgoing people despite not having the intention to purchase a vehicle. Will certainly come again.

I recently required routine maintenance and rear brakes for my Jaguar F-Pace. I was introduced to Amit C from the most warm and welcoming service manager Bunn. Amit had handled the entire visit very professionally and was detailed with the work they were going to complete under the Jaguar Certified Pre-Owned warranty and what to expect out of pocket. The warranty covers so much and was happy to hear that I was gonna save $$$!! Sandy Couto handles all the warranties that are offered from JLR Canada and highly recommended it if your warranty is coming due. When my vehicle was ready for pick-up, they had given my Jag an exterior wash and the vehicle was perfect. I have purchased a number of new vehicles in my lifetime and it has generally always be a terrible experience, but my experience with Grand Touring was the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth and enjoyable. My salesperson Raha was amazing—so profesional, organized, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. It truly felt like she was focused on finding the right vehicle for me rather than just making a sale. She also gave my daughter some Land Rover swag that made me very popular at home. Such a nice touch. The dealership itself was equally impressive. The staff were organized, transparent and the whole purchase process—from test drive to paperwork—was seamless. Everything was explained clearly and there were no surprises. Sandy in Finance was so nice and just a treat to deal with and when I picked up my new vehicle, Michael spent over an hour with me to make sure I understood how everything worked. Overall, it was an excellent buying experience and the best dealership experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend Raha and the entire GTA Downtown dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
