# Summary The dealership receives consistently high praise from sales customers who highlight knowledgeable and personable staff members who work collaboratively to accommodate buyer needs and budgets. However, one customer reported significant service department issues, including an inaccurate diagnostic assessment, conflicting communications about vehicle condition, poor explanation of findings, and lack of accountability when concerns were raised.
Hello everyone I have very good experience with the Nissan GP and Mr Brandon is a very nice hand handsome guy. I bought Nissan rogue 5 month before, it's a good car good mileage good price. Mr Brendan is a gentleman he gives me a good deal. I am very happy.

I brought my vehicle in at 8:30 a.m. yesterday due to a high-pitched noise coming from under the hood. Around 10:30 a.m., I was informed that the issue was related to the oil filter and that a repair was recommended. Due to budget constraints, I declined the repair. However, when my son picked up the vehicle, he reviewed the paperwork and was told in addition to the oil filter concern, the dealership said that the vehicle is "not drivable" due to an alleged oil overfill. Which my son find alarming. Concerned about the safety of the vehicle, my son, who is a lube technician, checked the oil level at home and confirmed that it was not overfilled. He then returned to the dealership and asked the service department whether any oil had been drained or if any work had been performed related to the oil level. He was informed that no work had been carried out because the recommended repairs had been declined. The oil level was then rechecked multiple times in front of him and was once again confirmed to be within the proper range and not overfilled. I subsequently returned to the dealership to speak with the service manager. Unfortunately, no clear explanation was provided regarding the conflicting assessment or the reason the vehicle had been deemed "not drivable." Equally disappointing was the lack of accountability, empathy, and professionalism demonstrated in addressing my concerns. I understand that diagnostic services involve professional expertise, and I am willing to pay reasonable diagnostic fees and associated costs when they are justified. However, after paying $226.00, I was left with an inaccurate diagnosis, conflicting information, unnecessary stress, and considerable inconvenience. Overall, my experience was marked by poor communication, questionable diagnostic accuracy, and unprofessional customer service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service department. Unfortunately, my experience also appears consistent with concerns raised in several other negative reviews I have read regarding this dealership's service department
I just recently picked up a new Nissan kicks from GP Nissan, Colton was an absolutely fantastic salesman. He made sure to stick to my budget and was straight forward with everything in the process. Made it an overall easy experience for a first time buyer. I highly recommend speaking with Colton in regards to your next vehicle! Thank you for the wonderful experience Colton and making it a breeze to get done :)
Amazing experience buying a new vehicle. Chelsea was so incredibly helpful through the whole process. So friendly, so informative. Absolutely recommend buying a vehicle through her! 10 stars if I could!!
