Absolutely phenomenal service from all of the staff at GP Subaru, from service, to sales, to the techs and everyone in between You can feel that its not just a job to them, they care about you and the service you getting from GP Subaru. after needing 4, or 5 oil changes in the 6 months ive had the car, (because im so hooked on driving this thing), ive been into GP Subaru quite a few times now, and even a few times just to ask questions, Their service, again from everyone, has always been fantastic, they are patient, open and honest, Even on bad days for them (happens to alllllll of usss) they do their absolute best to make sure you get 11/10 service And hey the freakin car is pretty phenomenal too, the thing feels like it almost prefers to drive in a whiteout blizzard on studded tires, over the dry summer pavement, Miles per gallon? Nahhhh, Smiles per gallon baby! You won't be disappointed by GP Subaru!

Recently bought a used Impreza from here. I worked with Benjamin who was fantastic to deal with. Ryder was my salesperson and was fantastic to work with, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. Ashlee, the sales manager, was also wonderful and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the process. Adam in finance explained everything clearly and made the paperwork quick and easy. The whole team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. I really appreciated the level of customer service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Great team working there! They found me the car I was looking for. Kai was my salesman and took great care of me. He made sure I was well informed and well taken care of. Adam the finance manager made me feel super comfortable and understanding of all of the options presented to me. I did not feel pressured at all to buy any of the packages. Ashley the store manager did amazing working with me and making the sale work with my needs. The service manager, Tyler, did a great job with communicating any issues I had. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. This was honestly hands down the best and my most favourite experience I've had with any dealership. These guys really care about their customers and I highly recommend their service.
