Bought a 2021 Chev Silverado from the Smokey Lake store. Amy and the staff were great to deal with. I was able to deal over the phone before driving up to see it. The truck was everything they said it was and the transaction went smoothly. I was not disappointed. Easier than any purchase I have made at a big city dealership hands down. I have a RAM truck that would not start. I called the chevy dealership in Smoky Lake to see if they would be able to look at the truck to find out the problem. Carol at the service desk scheduled it to be looked at the next day. The technician found the problem, the part was ordered, and a loaner vehicle was provided.
