We honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience with Dia Banham at Granville Toyota. From start to finish, the level of service was beyond exceptional !!! easily the best experience we’ve ever had. Dia went above and beyond in every aspect. He took the time to walk us through everything in detail, answered every single question my wife and I had, and made sure we felt completely confident every step of the way. At no point did we feel rushed or overlooked, which is rare these days. What truly stood out was his attention to detail and the genuine care he showed. I placed an order for a 2025 Toyota Sienna at Granville Toyota in December 2024 and took delivery in December 2025. Throughout the entire process, KC provided outstanding service. KC was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The pricing was very transparent — there were no management fees or documentation fees, which I really appreciated. On top of that, Granville Toyota also provided a $500 CAD gift card, which was a nice bonus. The delivery process was smooth and well organized. KC took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle’s features, walked me through the vehicle settings, infotainment system, and Toyota mobile app, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before driving off. His explanations were clear, detailed, and easy to follow. KC is also very patient and humorous, which made the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. I highly recommend KC at Granville Toyota to anyone looking for a stress-free and honest car-buying experience. Excellent service from start to finish!

EDIT TO THEIR REPLY: lying about no such car, i've attached photos of 4runner + odometer. PREDATORY!! ABSOLUTELY PREDATORY. Family friend went to trade in their 2000 4 Runner, 1 owner, 168kms, they forced them to trade it in or else they dont get delivery of their new car until later ....... !!! Their 4 runner is worth $15,000 market value and they gave them $3,000. Said if they dont trade it in for $3,000, their new car will deliver MUCH LATER! Once I found out about this I asked them to take it back and I can help them sell it, the dealership refuses to give it back. This was to an elderly couple in early 80s. Absolutely predatory and dont know how you sleep at night scamming people.

I recently took my G highlander to Granville Toyota for service and was thoroughly impressed. They’re noticeably better than Richmond Toyota (OpenRoad) in my experience. I was surprised they had next-day appointment availability, which is rare these days. The service was fast, efficient, and the team communicated every detail clearly from what work was needed to the timeline and costs. No upselling pressure, just honest and professional care. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all future maintenance. Highly recommend Granville Toyota over the alternatives!
