This was without a doubt the best experience we have ever had with a car dealership! We worked with Omar to build our dream truck and from the initial text introduction, to the day we met with him to place the order, to the pickup date....Omar was fantastic to work with! Great communicator, highly knowledgeable about all the bells/whistles/features, did not haggle us, followed through on everything he said he would. He stayed i contact with us after we left with the truck to ensure we didn't have any questions. As long as he stays in the business we will now only go through the vehicle purchasing experience with Omar. Outside of Omar, anytime we were at the dealership all the staff were friendly, and everyone smiled and spoke to us. The waiting area is very nice, roomy, and the refreshment bar is outstanding with tons of snacks and drinks. Finance guy was relaxed, matter of fact, and also very knowledgeable! Cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. If you want a non-car salesman like salesman, Omar is definitely your guy and Grapevine DCJR is the dealership to work with!

I’d like to say that when I came to Grapevine Dealership I honestly was expecting the worst I was literally officially done car shopping! When I was then greeted by Adrian Garcia and he put me at ease he took the time to listen and understand my wants and needs he literally went above and beyond for the car that I wanted that it was between 2 people for sale on that day it was a whose gonna get it 1st I was so determined because I really wanted it, and Adrian fought through it and made the sale complete with me!!! I was beyond excited and grateful this was my 1st time switching over to a Lexus Brand and it has been the best car I have ever owned BTW this took place in August of 2020 and I’ll be owning my Lexus this August 2026! I will definitely be coming back to Adrian for my next Lexus 😊 thank you Adrian for going ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my boys! We had an amazing experience Wade was our salesman and got us into the vehicle we wanted. Not only did he do a great job and had wonderful hospitality we all know it can take a while for things to go through. The financial guys were amazing too and so kind. Grateful for this dealership. And HIGHLY recommend. Would definitely buy again from them🥳😊 They have an amazing snack and drink set up for customers as well, such a cozy place!

I had a 5-star experience buying my new Jeep last weekend at Grapevine. I have owned 3 Jeeps in a row and this was by far the least stressful and hassle-free experience I have had. My sales guy Jett was awesome. He got to know me and understand what was important to me without overselling. Everyone I talked to in the dealership seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. That’s rare. Plus, their customer snack area was fancy hotel-quality. Thank you guys and I love my new Jeep.

He was professional, kind, patient, and never once made us feel pressured or pushed into anything. He took the time to answer all of our questions and truly worked with us to get a great deal.
