The staff was great communicating with me regarding availability of vehicle and had vehicle ready for us to test drive when we arrived. Tyler and Nick were great in getting us comfortable while deciding on purchase. They were fair in coming to a purchase price and we were happy with the process once we decided to make the purchase. Willie in finance was very efficient and helpful in wrapping up the process to get us out with our purchase. Overall happy with the customer service and process here at Grapevine Ford. Wish we lived locally to utilize services more but will definitely keep them in mind when searching for future purchases.

Tyler our sales associate was amazing to work with on the purchase of our vehicle. He made the entire process so simple and quick. We even got the full giant red bow experience which was a first for me. The finance gentleman Devin was also awesome. Both of these guys never made me feel pressured and both took extra time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The dealership was so nice and everyone was very kind and friendly.

Car buying shouldn’t have to be a hassle or feel very forced into doing something. I had a wonderful experience with Abishai. He is very knowledgeable. I also love the fact he didn’t put a million people in front of me to pressure me into purchasing a vehicle. He’s very kind and thorough. Great experience. Scott Marvick was wonderful during the whole experience. He showed me how everything worked in the car and was very knowledgeable on the Lincoln Navigator. A major plus was that he took the time to answer my son’s questions. My son is a car guy and I loved the Scott included him on the test drive experience making sure he knew how to whole back vibrating seats and everything worked and he happily answered the several questions my son had. Thank you for the hospitality and I will be back!
