The salesman AB was an absolute rockstar, made the entire car buying process so smooth and sooo stress free! This is my second experience with buying a car at this dealership, and everyone who works here has been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would like to highlight Jeff in sales, who made replacing my (second) Civic fun, light hearted, and hassle free. I brought him a price match from another dealership in the area and his manager allowed for a price match, he was well versed in the vehicles features and functions, and was able to answer my questions with direct answers and reasoning. He made this unpredictable situation much more comfortable. Also, Scott in finance offered me multiple services that can be preformed at the service bay, and answered very thoroughly when I was asking about different forms of payment the dealership accepted. He made signing easy! All in all, another stellar experience with Grapevine Honda.

I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Palisade from Grapevine Honda and had a great experience working with Jose Torres. I’ll be honest—our start was a little rough because I arrived at the dealership and couldn’t get ahold of him for about 30 minutes. It turned out he was at lunch and had left his work phone behind. Once we connected, however, Jose was extremely responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. What stood out most was that I never felt pressured. Jose took the time to answer my questions, walk me through the vehicle, accompany me on the test drive, and make sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision. He was completely supportive of my decision to have an independent mechanic inspect the vehicle before purchasing, which gave me additional confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership. The trade-in process was another highlight. Grapevine Honda offered me more for my Tacoma than any other dealership I visited, and the pricing on the Palisade was transparent with a clear breakdown of costs. The entire process took about two days only because I wanted to complete my own due diligence before buying. Most importantly, Jose understood why I was looking for a family SUV and genuinely seemed to put my family’s interests first throughout the process. Even after the sale, he remained available to answer questions and provide support. I would absolutely recommend Jose Torres to friends and family and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future.

After an accident totaled my car, my husband and I went to Grapevine Honda. I was looking for a specific make/model car. We were greeted by Abhishek. He immediately made us feel welcome and took the time to hear my story and was genuinely sympathetic. He found exactly what i was looking for and after test driving it, I knew that was the car for me. The whole car buying experience can be long and drawn out by sales people haggling back and forth. This was NOT the case with Abhishek. He came with an honest/fair price and the process was seamless. He seemed just as excited as I was when he handed me the keys to my 2025 Elantra!!
