Gray-daniels Chevrolet

My 20 year old daughter and her Army husband are stationed in El Paso, TX. In their travels home to Virginia for Christmas their car broke down on the side of I-20 on a Sunday afternoon in Jackson, MS, 11 hours away from our home in Virginia. After reviewing dealerships online, we decided to tow her car to Gray-Daniels Chevrolet on a Sunday evening. First thing Monday, I called and spoke with Victoria in the sales department about our predicament and she, along with Clarissa and Jason, were so extremely nice and helpful not only to me, but to my daughter and her husband as well. They worked hard to arrange our trade-in and helped us find a vehicle in our price range that my daughter liked and worked to quickly get them on their way home for the holidays the same day. They went out of their way to make them feel at home in their dealership and Jackson and even picked them up from their hotel in Clinton on Monday morning, saving them the expense of an Uber. I was also able to sign paperwork electronically which saved me an 11 hour trip to Mississippi. We are most thankful for the southern hospitality we got from Gray-Daniels and, even though I have never been to Jackson, I feel like they treated me and my family like one of their own! Jackson is lucky to have a caring dealership like Gray-Daniels! They have big fans in Virginia too!

It started with John, who scheduled the appointment, talking to me like I was simple-minded. Once I got to the appointment, I was told that I couldn't get anything but the oil changed in a timely manner because they are months behind . My transmission has recall issues and I asked if I could get a loaner vehicle because my daughter is Type 1 diabetic and I am a caregiver for my wheelchair bound mom. They said they don't do loaner vehicles. Upon research, o read that if they issue is recall related. The dealership can provide a loaner. After just getting the oil changed 3 hours later, the service attendant seemed to have an attitude about everything because he sent the driver to take me home then complained when it was time to come back because he told me it might be 3 hours before someone could come get me. I told him that was unacceptable because I had to check on my mom. Then, he was short with me when I gave him the cashier a coupon and he had yo reprint the ticket. Needless to say, I really did not have a great experience and my 2022 Silverado truck still needs to be repaired.

Isiah was awesome he was able to get me into a great car for a price I could afford. Although the car was clean he still had them wash/ detail and had it serviced while they finished my deal in Finance. That's what you call customer service. Thanks Until we do business again! Happy Holidays !!!

Purchased a Toyota Camry October 2025 from Gray Daniels on I55 in Jackson, MS. The brakes went bad December 2025. May 2026 the battery had to be replaced. Took the car to Gray Daniels, they stated that they are not responsible because the vehicle went through diagnostic and everything was good prior to it being sold. You should replace at least the smallest things like brakes, oil, tires and cabin filters before sale. I wouldn’t recommend Gray Daniels to a dog.
