This is my second car purchase within 10 months and this one experience @ Gray Daniels Nissan Brandon was one of the most fastest (I like), comfortable feeling & at ease experience that I’ve ever had. Everyone that I encountered there was great!!! I’ll definitely do business there again. Big E was great, calm, patient, & knowledgeable about his job. Keep up the good work. But in a nutshell—everyone seemed very nice & welcoming! Purchased vehicle there on 4.9.2026. Keep up the good work you guys!

I bought a 2026 Nissan Rogue Rock Creek in February. While I’m extremely happy with the vehicle, there have been other issues in regards to service with the dealership post-sale. There was so much information I simply wasn’t given; things I asked about specifically and things that should’ve been disclosed during the sales process. The major one is that I came into a different Nissan to get my first oil change, thinking that the first one was supposed to be free. The service rep informed me that was supposed to be put into a contract by sales. When the car was sold, I asked about the initial free oil change, and I was told that would be taken care of when I brought it in. Also, in the exact same scenario as another reviewer, receiving my title was a huge ordeal and I was constantly given the run around about receiving it. I (and my parents) had to call/email constantly because we had such a hard time getting in contact with Sam in finance. And we never made contact with anyone in the accounting department. All this makes me feel like I won’t be doing business with this Nissan location again. They just really dropped the ball with so much information that should’ve been given to me (and information that was given incorrectly). And this is the second car I’ve bought with them. Probably won’t be back in the future.

I have to say I enjoyed the tour and the conversation on letting me know everything bout the car I wanted and the cars in lot Mr. Charles at the Nissan on Gallatin was Amazing 😁 Not only did he do good on letting me know everything bout the car He Sold me the car I wanted and I Thank him for his patience with me …. Cause I left and came back he was heading home in a storm I didn’t want nobody to get my sale but him. Thank you Mr. Charles for my 2026 Sentra wouldn’t have purchased if you didn’t tell me all I needed to know YOUR A GREAT SALESMAN 😆
