We drove over from Monteagle to try their service department because I wanted a 'small town friendly' experience.. and I was not disappointed. Great experience! Donna was so nice and extremely knowledgeable and helpful! The service was very fast and efficient too and they were extremely helpful. I will always come here for my Miata. Totally worth the extra drive there to enjoy a smaller town friendly experience! Thank you!

Brought our Mazda 3 in for a couple of recalls and an issue with the Nav system. We were treated very well. The recalls were corrected, system software updates applied and nav system issue resolved.

When I called I was unsure of what the issue may be with my car. I spoke with Donna. She was very informative and easy to talk to. She had me scheduled asap for service on my Mazda. She was great with communication during my service, the issues were found, and it was finished the same day. I think the entire service Dept did a wonderful job and would highly recommend Gray Epperson Mazda for Mazda repairs.

Max is awesome! I went to get an oil change on my Hyandai (absolutely no plans on trading) and walked to get my steps in while waiting. I was looking at a beautiful car and Max showed up. Needless to say I drove away in my beautiful car. Max is the prefect car salesman. He listens and makes you feel like a friend. He has a sales process that is seamless and natural. I honestly tried to recruit him!! You can tell when someone has the natural ability to sell. He is far from the pushy stereo type. There was genuine care in his demeanor. I highly recommend seeing Max when you purchase. The dealership itself is great too. Very relaxed atmosphere, clean and has a family vibe.
