Logan is beyond awesome, we showed up with less than 24 hour notice looking to trade my husbands truck in for a 2022 dodge challenger scat pack. No only did he get my husband in his dream car with a significant lower apr and a perfect monthly payment. But me being the whimsical girl i am, decided i wanted one too. He had another scat pack same year but it was a manual.... ive never driven manual in my life. I bought it anyways, 😂 not only did he get me a car i wanted and had zero clue about. But he proceeded to spend another hour and a half after the sale teaching me how to drive and explaining the ins and outs of it well enough for me to get home. And might i just add he was a wonderful teacher, it has been 6 days since purchasing it. I am 75% confident in my ability to drive it, even my husband was impressed with how quickly i picked it up. Logan went above and beyond, just selling a car. He took the time to make sure my husband and myself were happy and comfortable with the process of it all. No gimmicks, no surpises, helped me get out of my car i was a bit more upside down in than id like to admit. As well as got us top dollar for our trade ins with no hassle or BS. Grayson BMW is an absolute top notch Organization. We were searching for a Mini Cooper and from the moment we arrived we were very impressed with cleanliness and appearance of the dealership and courteous professionalism displayed by the entire staff. We started our buying experience with a very professional salesperson, Yana Bilanenko. Yana quickly assessed our requirements and showed us several vehicles in the affiliated parking Mini of Knoxville inventory. She then discussed financing options and started the credit check process. Used Mini Cooper inventory was low, due to a recent high sales volume, so she then introduced us to Mr. Slavik Chornovil, to see if he could help us find a Mini in the Grayson BMW dealership’s inventory. That is exactly what he did. Like Yana, he quickly determined our requirements and took us to see the Mini choices available on the lot. We zeroed in on a 2025 Mini Cooper S with a beautiful pearl white body and a striking dark blue and white metal flake roof. We test drove the car and decided it was the car for us. During the entire process, Slavik, Yana and the rest of the sales team were absolutely superb. Our Delivery Manager, John; our Finance Manager, Donovan; and the two ladies at the telephone desk, Tangela and Amelia, were immensely helpful. Since completing the purchase Slavik has quickly and professionally responded to the smallest request. Well done to the entire sales team!

Angelo was initially taking care of us, but had a prescheduled appointment with customers from out of state. Rather than make us wait, he introduced us to Ethan and things never missed a beat. Angelo got the keys to the 2019 Tundra I was interested in, gave them to Ethan, he got a copy of my license, a dealer tag and we went for a ride. Above and beyond sales experience is what was provided by these two gentlemen. No push, no games, just working a deal to sell me the vehicle I chose.
