Great West Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

I have 2 issues with this dealership, 1 being part of a supply chain issue and the other being a service issue. My first experience was with a warranty claim regarding a failed throttle valve causing a severe misfire, they took it in and after months of waiting for the part after being told multiple times it would be done next week. A loaner was finally provided 2 weeks before the vehicle was finally complete - which is understandable but mildly frustrating on our part. Second experience was just recent, bringing in a jeep for a coolant leak, the service advisor agreed he could smell the coolant and there was a obvious issue, when we got the call for it to be complete - they did a oil change on it by accident, and said they pressure tested the cooling circuit and found nothing however right next to the oil filter was a leak on the cooler. Unsure how it could be missed when it was brought in for a coolant leak. The battery post cover was also left loose under the hood. Your attention to detail, job scope and general lack of awareness is another level of incompetence, never mind the oil still dripping off the oil filter a day later. Ontop of that they tried to get us to pay 60$ for a check over of the vehicle that is under warranty. General consensus - if you want attention to detail, great coordination between service advisors and mechanics and honesty dont go here - they will rip you off if they can. If they spent more then 5 minutes doing their job (and the correct one) and not trying to rack in $$ ontop of it this review would have probably been a 3 star review and not 1 star. Attached photos of the obvious leak (next to the oil filter on the bottom side of the engine bay) on the cooler. You guys are a complete joke. Edit: The oil filter was left loose ontop of it all, all their 5 star reviews are from customer sales - they are happy to take your money but to repair / fix anything you are way better leaving it then taking it to them. Stay far away from this dealership. Update: still no reaching out from dealership, no callbacks nothing. Just confirms their BS.

I'd like to THANK Mike B in sales. As he made my purchase of my 2026 Dodge Ram so easy and comfortable. From walking in not knowing 100% what i wanted to leaving feeling like I made the right choice. I brought my new Jeep Wrangler to Great West Chrysler service dept. for a warranty job. First I got a greeting from Brian at the services advisor desk and he was helping me coordinate with James in warranty dept. Then James come out and check me in so fast and then Kim arranged me a ride back home. They all are so friendly and professionally handle the situation. Five stars for all of them. Also, surprise me was I got my Jeep back at the same day. Fantastic services at Great West Chrysler. Thankyou for their fast and efficient service. 👍

Went in for a oil change and tires swap on Saturday. Got the truck back looks really good minus the one back drivers rim was scratched up and they tried to cover it up with permanent marker!!! Not very happy about this!!
