Going in for our sons first truck purchase we found just the right truck...So we thought. Seamlessly we closed on the vehicle that day, leaving with a 5 Star experience. Telling my wife I'd like to use them for our next fleet truck purchase. We were told prior to picking up the vehicle it would need to have servicing "I won't get into details" After 3 solid weeks of horrible communication, story after story and completely deflating my sons experience, we decided to cancel the deal. Sorry to say, the rating in this place went to zero stars. Pitch black sky...

My husband and I recently purchased a 2026 Jeep Wrangler from Greeley CDJR, and it was hands down the BEST dealership experience we’ve ever had! From start to finish, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. A huge shoutout to our salesperson, Audriana—she was absolutely fantastic! Gracious, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with, she made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, we can’t recommend Greeley CDJR and Audriana enough!

They wasted my time. Wasted. Apparently I'm not "whatever" enough to qualify to pay cash for a stupid truck. The owner decided I didn't have money. This was AFTER he attempted to get me to reveal how I make my money investing. LOL!! I make money because I'm good at everything. This is something you WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND little boy. They gave me the run around for God knows how long. It seemed like forever. FOREVER AND EVER. I just sat and sat. I stood. I walked. I walked again. Note: I call this the "pretty woman" move, because it's from the movie Pretty Woman with Julia Roberts. Dear Small Minded Owner, Keep your crap truck. I'll get a bigger one. And don't worry about my finances... you should worry about yours. I have enough to purchase 20 of those trucks without blinking an eye. I WAS HONEST WITH YOU. I WAS HONEST. You messed up big time. Big time! Too bad your sales person will miss out on a sale due to your ego. Sorry Sales guy.... your owner blew the sale.... just like he blows everything else.

I wish car dealerships were like Greeley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram were in Phoenix, what a breath of fresh air! I couldn't have been more pleased than I was during the process of purchasing a used 2023 BMW X5! The salesperson I worked with during this online out of state car purchase, was Israel, he put up with my texts and concerns with the utmost transparency and politeness was nothing short than providing some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. Again, if only the dealerships here in Peoria and Glendale Arizona could learn from the staff at Greeley! If this review sounds like a commercial maybe it should, I dont write these but I needed to because it was the right thing to do after coming back from my flight there. The staff I had met while hanging out after my test drive to see the finance manager Jason, another very nice person and very accomodating, I had the pleasure of also meeting Matt the GM, who made you feel like you knew him for a long time was just a great guy and class act along with Israel! I know if I lived in Greeley I would stop here first to purchase a car because it's a win win, I just cant say enough, great experience and I felt like I did get a great deal on a really nice car. Oh, and the coffee bar they had was really good to, seriously! Thank you Israel for all your hard work and time you spent with me in my quest for the X5, along with your staff who worked behind the scenes getting the X5 prepped and clean they did an excellent job! Great sales experience with Greeley. I bought a clean used trade-in truck from Greeley over the internet. The salesman, Matthew, was responsive, helpful, and respectful, unlike so many salesmen in this business. He answered my questions promptly and accurately and even did a special video walkaround inside and out of the truck to make sure I had an honest look at it. They picked me up from the airport in Denver as a courtesy which made the whole process seamless. Buying a car over the internet is a leap of faith, and I can recommend Greeley. They earned my trust and my business.
