Looked at a used Navigator with Bob. He did a great job answering all our questions, showing us the car, and communicating before we arrived. He had the car washed and ready inside for us. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with Bob if you are ever looking at a car from this dealer.

Found a car I liked online, drove four hours here to get it. Pros: Friendly staff, low pressure on sales, nice waiting area, didn't try and push extras too hard. Cons: Only subtracting a star because I was initially told on the phone some things that ended up not being true, such as that they had Veteran discount (didn't mention that it was for new cars only and they knew which used car I was interested in), and that their rates for in-house financing (which is required to get discount incentives) would be competitive with other lenders (ended up not being the case - but there is always refinancing). Doc fee was also a bit higher than the online quote from website. Overall recommend, just wish they were more transparent on the phone.
