Alvin was wonderful to work with and I never felt pressured. Everyone that I interacted with was very friendly. The process was quick, other than taking a little while to get prepped to send home, but the waiting area very comfortable.

Everyone is very courteous. We had a small issue after we left. They had changed the cabin air filter and then after we opened glove box it wouldn't shut and turned out that it had been installed incorrectly but I brought it back the next time I was in town about two days later and they fixed it for me. So it's good now.

Appointed time service was with easy check in. Service was good. I mentioned that one tire was going flat frequently and I was told that it had a nail in it. This was plugged and filled but it is still going flat after 3-4 days instead of 8-10 days. Not sure what is wrong with it but I filled up tire and made 250 miles trip with tire maintaining air pressure over Six hours. They washed the car for free. Thank you.

Had a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. It took about an hour. Waiting area was nice, had drinks and snacks. I was text a video of my filters to decide if I wanted them changed or not with the price of each one. Everyone was friendly and my car was clean inside and out when done.
