Greenbrier Classic Cars

my husband and i totally enjoyed spending the morning today with Todd. He answered every question, showed us everything on cars that would make them more interesting in case we didn’t notice. He’s was super helpful and entertaining! He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles there.

Waste of time. My son and I drove 2 hours to visit, we weren’t allowed to actually look at the cars beyond the ropes (even with an escort), and the employee was rude and unhelpful. We are avid classic car collectors. They have some interesting cars and competitive prices - if only they’d been more helpful we likely would’ve spent some money. Avoid this place.

Bought a 2000 E320 Wagon from them for $3500. Asked them to do an alignment, they did not. They had a receipt for it but when I came to pick it up the steering wheel was still in the same place to make the car go straight. I asked them to fix the brake light, they didn't. They had a receipt for a bulb, but that was it. The light still didn't function. Before I flew up to pick up the car I asked Tony to please make sure that the car had all the proper fluids in it before I had to drive it home. Tony informed me that it would not be a problem. Normally I would have someone look at the car prior to purchase but since I was from out of town I could not do it. I drove the car from WV to SC with nothing in the transfer case. I had my local mechanic check it out when I got home and the only thing that came out of the transfer case was metal shavings. After getting and estimate for the transfer case and the other issues we ended up donating the car. These are not honest or trustworthy people.

Ask lots of questions and specific details pictures etc etc.. They aren't going out of the way to show flaws or things wrong with the vehicle. I bought my car from them and it was miss represented for sure, some small and 1 major. They could certainly do better so you know exactly what your getting when the car shows up to outta state buyers!

When I walked into this business I had my two grandchildren with me. These boys are 2 and 4. We were greated by an incredibly nice gentleman who gave us a quick backstory of the place. We were free to walk around and look at the amazing vehicles! It was so great to see all of these classics under one roof. I originally thought it was a museum, however it is a car lot. Gotta go check this place out. The people there were amazing. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience.
