# Summary The dealership receives mixed feedback, with some customers praising exceptional service quality and fair treatment, while others report significant issues with sales practices, service reliability, and communication. Common complaints center on low trade-in valuations, unperformed promised repairs, and service work that allegedly caused additional vehicle damage rather than resolving problems.

These guys saved the day for me at Thanksgiving!! I was visiting my parents out of town for the holiday and was about to head home when my passenger door wouldn't shut. 2pm on Wednesday before Thanksgiving so I had little hope that I'd find anyone available to help. I carefully drove to Greenbrier Honda and after a quick explanation of my situation with Elizabeth in the service department, she had my car pulled in and repaired by the technician in 15 minutes. And at NO CHARGE!! That kind of service is hard to find anymore. Very thankful for them that holiday 🙏

2 stars because I like my vehicle but id give zero if I could for the business itself. Few issues before buying that I was told would be taken care of but never were- chipping paint, odd film(?) on side mirror and trunk that opens when it feels like it! Was told there'd be 1 year of oil changes among some other things, very 1st oil change in was billed, they made it right but offered no more going forward..before buying when we'd mentioned our concerns was simply told, oh thats simple stuff just have them do it when you come in for your 1st oil change service.. 8 months later trunk won't open at all, husband filled in the chipped paint...never again

Offered me way below Kelly Blue Book market value on a trade in. I did purchase this truck from them. The trade in value was $26,500 - $29,500. The offer was $23,000. Total dishonest female sales person. Total rip off. As far as the service dept, I am impressed and will return.

On Tuesday July 29th I went into this dealership to discuss having 2 recalls fixed and inquired about having a part replaced. After the woman checked the price for labor, $165 for 1 hour, I said no thank you just the recalls. The following Tuesday, August 5th, I dropped off my car to have said recalls fixed. I receive a call around 5:00 to come pick it up. I was told I owed $200 because even after saying no they didn’t relay the message to whoever and they replaced the part. I suck it up, pay it and go home. After arriving home I realize that the part they replaced did not fix the issue with my heat/air, several buttons now do not work and I am left with an obnoxiously loud humming noise when I cut my air on. We take the car back, after explaining the issue and how unhappy we were, they proceed to lie to us and say that everything was in perfect working condition when they were finished with it. Another mechanic takes the entire dash out and discovers that the cable wouldn’t have fixed the problem because a gear was broken and that it was going to cost $2,000 MORE to fix the issue. They keep my car and “fix” the current issue only to be left with NOW needing an alignment because my steering wheel is sitting diagonally when I’m driving straight. This dealership has the absolute worst customer service, and has absolutely no issue with screwing over their customers. How do you take your car to be serviced, only to have it come out more broken than when you dropped it off? It was my mistake for thinking you all could make things right a second time, but I will never put my trust or money in this dealership ever again.
