Had a great experience at Greencastle Chevrolet. Kyler, the Service Manager, is doing a fantastic job and it shows throughout the entire operation. The breezeway where you pull in for service is massive and makes the whole check-in process easy and comfortable. The advisors were all friendly, especially Luke — and honestly, all Lukes are awesome anyway. The shop itself is incredibly impressive: 27 air-conditioned bays, extremely clean, organized, and professional. You can tell they take pride in the facility. Their pricing felt fair, and what really stood out was how forward-thinking they are with technology. During the visit, you receive a video inspection review showing any items that may need attention. No pressure, no scare tactics — just honest, trustworthy service with transparency. Definitely one of the better dealership service experiences I’ve had.

I've been bringing my 21 Acura TLX to Greencastle Chevy for all of my services for over a year. Brake service, transmission flush, and regular 5k maintenance and have experienced high quality customer service from the advisors, along with professional and timely services from my mechanic with every appointment. Very friendly and honest staff. Great prices from a certified dealer/shop.

My service advisors/techs are always wonderful here. They’re friendly and get my vehicle in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They ensure that my vehicle has what it needs and have never tried to sell or charge me for anything it doesn’t need. I have moved a little farther away from this dealership since I purchased my vehicle, but will continue to drive the extra distance for this kind of service.
