I was in search of a car for my daughters birthday and Vince was so helpful knew his cars very personable and very entertaining he had us laughing the whole time. I highly highly recommend this dealership and Vince to anyone in search of a car.

Fantastic experience last week from the whole team, especially Vincent! I was in a situation where I did a purchase from a distance on a 2500HD Duramax, but Vincent made it seamless, had my vehicle delivered clean and ready, and I couldn't be happier! I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. I worked with a salesman named Vincent and made it clear that Saturday was my only day off to come in. He assured me that was fine. Before driving hours out, I specifically asked if the car had any damage and was told NO. When I arrived, the car was sitting out front with obvious damage. Completely unacceptable and a waste of my time. As a first-time buyer, honesty matters, and this felt very misleading. I almost left without a car, but thankfully Brandon stepped in and actually helped me the right way. He was honest, professional, and didn’t try to take advantage of me. He honestly saved the entire experience. Because of Vincent’s lack of transparency, I can’t fully recommend this dealership. Do better with communication and honesty.

My diesel truck went into limp mode 1100 miles from home, on a Saturday, while travelling with 2 dogs. Last time I had this issue my local dealer took 9 days trying to fix it before giving up. 5 Stars to Greenville Chevy! They got the job done right and quickly. Big thanks to Robert Velez and Damaris Stinton who both went way above and beyond to help me get my dogs home safely, and my truck fixed right.

Purchased a used 2015 Nissan from Robert , a salesman from this dealership. Mr Robert seemed to be a nice guy...but...I only have owed this car for 2 weeks. The dealership did a oil change on the vehicle prior to my purchase. The car started pouring oil out from the motor.. Called Robert and he said I purchased a used car..I mentioned the Al lemon law and Robert stated..lemonade did not cover used car sales as is..... I was ripped off by this dealership and I would advise anyone not to purchase a new or used vehicle from this dealership.
