Do not buy from them they say their printer is messed up and have you sign on a computer then you don’t get your paperwork they were supposed to sell us a car for $39,624. We did not get our paperwork for two weeks when we got our paperwork it said 45,000 when we confronted them about it they told us we should’ve called it from the beginning and just pretty much laughed in our face. We still have not got all of our parts to a car that’s been a month in the shop worst place ever do not recommend. We are currently suing them because of this

I was initially told diagnostics could take 1–3 days, which I completely understood—but I explained that I was from out of town and just trying to get back home. My service advisor, Amanda Cook, really listened and took my situation seriously. They got my vehicle diagnosed much faster than expected, and Chris, the mechanic, made the repair quickly so I could safely get back on the road the very next day. When you’re stranded away from home, that kind of responsiveness means everything. This team didn’t treat me like just another job—they stepped up and helped me get moving again. I truly appreciate Amanda, Chris, and the entire team for their professionalism and urgency. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area.

I spent $80K on a 2021 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye, and this has been one of the most frustrating car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. The dealership delivered the car to my home with no temporary tag, and my salesman Ryan promised they would overnight it, that never happened. I didn’t get my temp tag until a week later, and now 20 days after that, it’s expired because they still hadn’t sent my paperwork to the tag office. I tried calling and texting Ryan, no response. I called the dealership and was forwarded around. I was respectful, never rude or aggressive, so there’s no excuse for being ignored. The only person who actually helped me was Sabrina in finance. She was the only one to step up, send my paperwork to the tag office, and mail me a new temp tag. Now, to make things worse, my car is having electrical issues and is currently at a Dodge service center. When I dropped it off, I realized I couldn’t even find my warranty paperwork because they never gave it to me. I would never buy from this dealership again. This entire experience has been unprofessional, careless, and completely unacceptable, especially after spending this much money. Do better

I had an amazing car buying experience! I actually drove out of state, 3 hours there and 3 hours back and I am so glad I did. Alex & Matt (both awesome & both are no longer there) started my car buying experience and Morgan finished it. Talking to Morgan felt like I was talking to a good friend, not a sales person. Everyone was friendly but still professional. I never felt like they were being pushy. Even the finance manager, Sybrina, was amazing! I highly recommend coming in and asking for Morgan for any new/used car sales. I love my new Grand Cherokee!

My grandparents brought there Gladiator here for warranty issues reguarding the traction control and ABS lights coming on anytime the vehicle is driven. The vehicle also made a scrubbing sound anytime it was turned sharp right as the inner fender hit the right tire since they bought the vehicle new. I had put a heavy duty steering stabilizer on it for them to stiffen the steering and the dealer blamed this for the scrubbing THAT IT HAD DONE SINCE NEW! They charged them 50+ dollars to adjust this and DID NOT FIX THE BRAKE ISSUES OR THE SCRUBBING! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE EXPECTING A PROPER DIAGNOSIS FOR YOUR ISSUES! THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WILL JUST TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! I advised them to take it to another dealership(Team One) that kept it over a week as they had to order multiple parts to correct the issue. This other dealer did 1000+ dollars of warranty work and did correct the issues. Thank's Team One!
