Its beautiful and our grandbaby definitely approved with all the flipping he did as soon as I opened the the hatch to the massive trunk. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler for my wife a couple of weeks ago. To be clear, the sales staff and sales management were excellent- Chandler, Chris, and the gentleman with the big corner office were awesome and I wish them the best. However, there were multiple issues outside of these guys. When we bought the Jeep, the rear brake pads and rotors were totally shot, metal on metal. The check engine light also came on less than three days after we purchased it, due to needing a thermostat replaced. But the timing tells me their tech team reset the check engine light on purpose. As for the brakes, they let me drive off of the lot with my wife and toddler in a vehicle with bad brakes. When we called them to let them know about this, they offered to “split the cost” of the repairs, albeit after arguing about how our mechanic was “overcharging” us, even though he’s the best deal around. Anyway, splitting the cost in half would have been $350 or so, which they agreed to over the phone. They said that was fair since we didn’t specifically say that the rotors were also bad(we sent pictures and the invoice). We received the check today, and it was only $241- a little over half of the actual cost of just the brake pads. On top of that, it took them two and a half weeks to even start the process of getting the title sorted out so that I can get a license plate. If you have to get a vehicle from this dealership, I would double and triple check everything with the vehicle you can, because their service workers will absolutely screw you over and endanger your family if they feel like it. I attached pictures of the rear brakes so everyone can see what they let my WIFE and CHILD drive off in. Again, the sales team was excellent, but the service techs should have their certifications revoked.

Want to buy a vehicle from greenway? Expect the worst customer service you can possibly get. I have been lied to 3 times now for 2 months about a call back or a email to recieve nothing. I shouldnt have faded handles that look like crap on a new 25 ram. But hey they dont care they got their money. I wont be back.

Logan and Austin were amazing! There was another gentleman that helped us get a lower payment and I can’t for the life of me remember his name :( but they were all so kind and helpful. They helped me get a 2022 Honda CRV and went above and beyond expectations! My fiance and I highly recommend buying a car from them and will spread the good word about these awesome people!!!
