This was the most disrespectful text message I’ve ever received from a business in my entire LIFE!!! Of course I still have my gas sipping Ford Fiesta. You really thought this was funny. I’ll give you a real review of Greenwich Ford buddy. You ever noticed I don’t get my car serviced there? Did you know I had to use Lyft because your service department delayed their job of a nothing. Did you know you finance GUY DID ALL OF HIS PAPER WORK AT THE END OF THE DAY OF THE DATE OF PURCHASE WHEN HE HAD A WEEK TO FIND ME A GOOD DEAL!!!! I wish I could give you ZERO STARS. IM GOING TO KEEP ADDING ON TO THIS REVEIW WHEN I GET OFF WORK. PS THANKS FOR SELLING ME A LEAKING FIESTA, ONLY TOOK $1K TO FIX IT AFTER YOUR SO CALLED FREE OIL CHANGE. THE CD PLAYER IS BROKEN AGAIN BTW, NOW I KNOW WHY IT WAS DISCONNECTED WHEN I BOUGHT IT. Just added one more photo, when you devalued my trade in by flipping the numbers. That’s a cute trick, that flip changed the value of my car by a lot. That flip changed my car from a V6 to a 4 cylinder engine.

Husband and I have bought many vehicles from this dealership and have always had the same salesman but he’s now retired . I wanted to trade my Jeep Cherokee for something bigger and I found the car I’ve been searching months for on their lot . When I called I spoke with Amy Burns and I couldn’t have been happier to have had her as my sales person . I didn’t feel like I was in a dealership buying a car she made me feel like I was sitting talking with a friend . She was absolutely amazing. I would recommend her to family and friends and would buy from her again . Everyone I encountered there were professional, friendly and there was no pressure at all . It was the best experience yet I’ve had at a dealership . Amy even called me a few days later to see how I liked my new ride . I’ve never had a sales person contact me after the sale has been done . I was very pleased by that she definitely has gone above and beyond for us . Do yourself a favor and see Amy if you’re looking for your next vehicle you won’t be disappointed. Had to have warranty work done on my Bronco around the sunroof and my NYS inspection. Jen Sloan to the rescue... again1 ❤️❤️ Not only was she her usual cheery and super friendly self, she totally underpromised and over delivered re: expected return time on my mobile delivery! She was able to set up pick up from my home in Mechanicville, the delivery guys came right on time this morning by 9am! Not even the best part... yesterday when we spoke, told her needed the Bronco back by 4pm today since I had an appointment in hades to get to by 430 in Saratoga. Well, here I sit, at 1:51 pm, red delivery truck outside, and the Broncos on its way.. 2.5 hours earlier than expected! Thanks again Jen for making things super easy for me!
