Le-Lin was responsive, articulate and was the only person I met while car shopping to actually listen, understand my situation and make it happen. I got the best offer for my trade in and it wasn’t even close. He kept in touch through the sale, and even helped imitate a case with Carfax to dispute the minor accident in the history as this is an error. Brent was extremely patient and helpful, the man knows his stuff. Had the payments sorted within minutes of our first email exchange. Michelle was terrific getting me in touch with anyone I needed. Michael was prompt, to the point, informative and reassuring. I drove off in a bucket list, fully optioned unicorn + a 2 year warranty and haven’t had a single moment of regret. We bought a 2024 crosstrek today. We had pre-approved financing and were in and out in about 2 hours. Cory was great! No pressure sales and he let us test drive it alone. They came down on the price to Kelly blue book fair value. Highly recommend.
