We had an absolutely exceptional experience at Gregg Young Chevrolet GMC of Columbus, and it was all thanks to Frank and Spencer! From the moment we arrived, they had the vehicles we were interested in ready and waiting for us to view and test drive. They truly went above and beyond, spending the entire day with us and encouraging us to take our time—test driving as many times as we needed until we felt completely confident in our decision. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured, which made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. What really stood out was their dedication and customer care. Even after closing time, the team stayed late to finalize everything and made sure we were 100% satisfied before we left. That level of commitment is rare and so appreciated. Frank and Spencer were genuine, patient, and truly cared about helping us find the perfect vehicles—not just making a sale. We ended up purchasing two vehicles because Frank found the perfect family car for us, along with a “diamond in the rough” we had been searching for for a long time. Dylan, one of the car dealers, and Dustin in finance were both absolutely amazing! Dylan listened to what we were looking for and what we could afford. So much so the first vehicle he showed us we left with!!! 5 stars!!!

This dealership is definitely one of a kind! Great sales staff. Michael took great care of us. The whole process was easy and enjoyable!!! Even when we ran into a problem, they took great care of us. When the papers came from the bank we went through the dealership for financing they had talked us into our powertrain warranty which added $3,718 to our financing charge. With interest rates are payment was not what we were quoted and it would have cost me an extra $1,000 in interest payments. Make sure you ask how much your financing if you go through them was not expecting a higher payment than promised so just make sure you ask how much they're asking the bank for on your behalf lesson learned got that removed and hopefully my interest payment will go down

They were great through the purchase and treated you like you were important to them! Once we purchased, won't return text messages/phone calls regarding different questions. The last service for an oil change they chipped our paint and left grease/oil on the interior. Didn't realize I needed to check for these type of things after service completion. Sold a protection package but failed to tell us that the work had to be done at their facility. Overall, sale was good but then customer service went downhill.
