I have another chevy dealership 10 min from my house but I choose to drive 35 min to Grieco where the service is exceptional! My 2 experiences at service were with Jonathan M. He was always willing to assist and provided excellent customer service. He will go above and beyond when possible. All dealerships are NOT the same.

Do not waste your time using the Costco Auto Program at this dealership — they simply do not honor it. I scheduled an appointment through the Costco Auto Program expecting the advertised prearranged, haggle-free pricing. The assigned representative didn’t show up at the scheduled time. No notice. No courtesy call. Instead of honoring the Costco price, I was presented with a “deal” that was approximately $7,000 higher than the listed Costco price. When I questioned it, the response was dismissive rather than helpful. The salesperson who originally no-showed eventually emailed me. I gave him a final opportunity to honor the agreed Costco pricing. He still refused, instead offering a price that was still $3,000 above the arranged Costco amount. The entire purpose of the Costco Auto Program is transparent, fixed pricing for members. That is clearly not what happens here. If you’re planning to use the Costco Auto Program, I strongly recommend going to a dealership that actually respects the agreement and its customers. $22,473 prearranged Costco priced $29,225 "deal" they offered

My husband and I had went to this location, even though we have two other locations closer to us, specifically so we can work with Andrew. We had visited and spoke with other dealers and salespeople but it was always a negative or pushy experience. We knew right away after speaking with Andrew that we needed to visit that location and work with him. Sure enough, we were right and walked away with everything we wanted! I have purchased several cars but I must say I have never worked with someone as amazing as Andrew. It honestly felt like we were speaking with a friend and not someone who just wanted to make a sale. He went above and beyond to ensure we were fully taken care of from the moment we walked through the doors. We didn’t spend any time waiting and never felt pressured. I certainly will be buying more cars in the future and will be going wherever Andrew is! I hope the dealership knows the gem they have and that others learn from him.
