I’m very picky, I’ve been searching for a truck for almost 7 months now. Every time I find one it seems like it’s always selling that day. Was almost the case here. Had no clue about this dealership when I was searching but I’m super happy I found them. I was so tired of them being gone when I called. So when I called Grieco Ford about this pre-owned f-150, they said they still had it, mind you this just hit the market. First person I spoke with was Devon and I told her right then and there I wanna purchase the vehicle. Over the phone… crazy i know but I was desperate. Without even looking at it, from the time I called about 2 hours went by and had speaking with Alden the finance manager my loan was approved and was good to go. Wanted to do as much over the phone as possible as I have a 2y/o and going after work I didn’t wanna be stuck at the dealership for 5 hours. Mind you I also live an hour or so east. We arrived, and as soon as I walked in, it’s like Devon knew I was the one she spoke to about that truck. She grabbed the keys and we immediately went on a test drive. Massive pre owned inventory on lot and the truck I purchased was absolutely immaculate inside and out. Even though I did everything over the phone she still said if I wasn’t satisfied we would crumble the papers and move on. But I loved it so I said lets wrap it up. Within an hour and half or so we were in and out and I finally got the truck Ive been looking for. Everyone there was friendly, wonderfully redone building was clean and comfortable. Devon was great to work with from the first phone call to the congratulations as I’m about to drive away. Alden the finance manager was great I told him cut and dry what I was looking for, was pre approved through my own bank but was able to get me a rate 100x better through them. Again easy process few signatures and out the door I was. I always try to buy from dealerships and this one has been by far my best experience and 10/10 recommended you check them out. Great staff and great inventory!

I had a great experience working with this dealership. The team (Devon and Steve) was helpful, straightforward, and made the entire process easy to understand. They were clear at every step, from answering my initial questions to finalizing the details, with no confusion or pressure. I really appreciated their transparency and professionalism throughout. It made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel smooth and hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a no-nonsense, honest car buying and trade in experience.

Never trust the service at this location!! The service they provided will fail you in the future. On February 12, 2025, I brought my 2020 Ford Fusion in for what was supposed to be a routine maintenance. After I dropped off my vehicle, I received a phone call saying my car was missing a tire pressure repair kit. (For context, I purchased the car from a dealer in 2022.) I agreed to have the kit installed, which cost $350. I was told it would be fully functional. Last week, I got a flat tire from a nail on the road and tried to use the kit. To my surprise, it only contained an air compressor. It was missing the sealant and even the hose needed to connect to the tire. I couldn’t properly use it when I actually needed it. When I called them, they told me they had only sold me the air compressor—not the full kit with sealant and hose. This was never explained to me beforehand. Why would anyone install just an air compressor without the necessary components to make it usable? Since I’ve moved out of Connecticut, I’m unable to bring the kit back for inspection, which they said is the only way they can verify the issue. As a result, there is essentially nothing I can do to resolve this. Looking back, I feel like I was taken advantage of because I’m not very familiar with car parts. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I showed up at Grieco Ford of Branford driving a neon-pink 2021 Nissan Cube. If you’ve ever seen one, you know it looks exactly like an motorized toaster with a wrap-around back window. It’s asymmetrical, completely ridiculous, and was currently making a noise like a blender full of rocks. I was fully prepared for the team to tell me to take it straight to a scrap yard. Instead, out strode Tyler Kruse. The man didn’t blink. He didn’t hesitate. He looked at my rolling kitchen appliance, looked me dead in the eye, and treated me like I was trading in a pristine sports car. He walked me through the trade-in process with total professionalism, helping me clean out my glove box and keeping a completely straight face the entire time. Thanks to Tyler's absolute dedication, I traded in the toaster and drove off the lot in a brand-new Ford Maverick. The upgrade is unreal, and the experience was flawless. If you go to Grieco Ford, do yourself a huge favor and ask for Tyler. The man is a total professional and a certified legend!

We have had a couple of our vehicles serviced here over the past few months, and they have been amazing. They make everything so convenient for customers and truly go above and beyond with their friendliness and service. Nicole is who we usually work with, and she is such a pleasure. She’s great at explaining things, working with our schedules, and making sure we get the answers we need in the most accommodating way possible. We recently had an issue with the AC in our Expedition, but with 4 kids in car seats, leaving the car overnight just wasn’t an option. Nicole spoke with the technician, and together they helped come up with a plan that worked really well for all of us. Their mobile service for oil changes and tire rotations is also incredibly convenient — and they’ll even service other vehicle brands, not just Ford! After recently switching from Audi to Ford as my main vehicle following the birth of our twins, I have to say I’ve been genuinely impressed by the level of service Grieco Ford provides in comparison. It has absolutely exceeded my expectations.
