Great experience with this dealership. David U. in sales was the most helpful in the buying process, communicated every step of the way, as my car was being prepared for purchase and drive off the lot. Grieco Mazda in Delray Beach did not waste my time and worked with me to get the car I wanted and the price I needed to make the transaction work. Their inspection process was fantastic - I really felt like they wanted to make my car perfect for me which I had not experienced in a dealership before. Even though I was buying an Audi - not a Mazda - they provided an awesome experience. Finally, David and Grieco Mazda understood this was an early Christmas present to myself and they created a special moment for me when I arrived to drive my car off the lot - another first! I normally do all my own work on my cars but had to take it in for a couple of codes I couldn’t fix and a recall. Turns out that it required a PCM update. I want to give a special thanks to Justin for his excellent work ethic and Gary for his thorough inspection. I had to leave the car overnight, Justin courteously recommended a loaner vehicle, and they had my car completed by the next day. Justin went above and beyond in making sure I understood everything that was repaired and what would need to be serviced in the future. He communicated with Gary, the technician, to make sure I had the most accurate information. They were honest, and treated me like a valued customer. I greatly appreciate that.
