Honestly, my husband and I couldn't have asked for a much better experience and transaction as we experienced with Princess at Toyota. She was kind, warm, understanding and we were lucky to have her help. From start to finish it was the smoothest we have ever experienced when purchasing a car. As busy parents we needed to bring our children with us and even with the kiddos things ran on beat & she was so kind with them specially our 4 year old ! Quickly and efficiently we found my husbands dream truck ! Highly recommend! Thank you Princess !

The salesperson that welcomed me was very friendly and personable. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or pressured from walking in to leaving. My salesperson, Princess is very knowledgeable and patient. She answered every question I had. The Highlander Grand Platinum I wanted was not at the dealership, but she showed me one and had me sit in it and she explained everything to me. I ended up putting a down payment on the one I needed to wait for. Mind you, the deposit of $1,000 was not refundable. I had placed my trust in Princess that the car that I wanted which was going to be delivered would be the car I described to her. When it did arrive, I had no regrets at all. Princess is an asset to Grieco Toyota! I’d give her 10 stars 🌟 if I could. That’s a different survey about the salesperson, but that only offers 5 stars 🌟. I highly recommend this dealership, but ask for Princess. I’m sure the other sales people are great, but there’s something about Princess. I think for the first time, for me, purchasing a new car went very smoothly and absolutely no worries or stress. Thank you Grieco and Princess !!

I had such a great experience with Princess! She really took care of me! She went above and beyond for me and my family. I had no ride back to get my new car and she picked me and my boys up and brought us back. She stayed with me after hours to make sure I knew how to use my car! It was such a wonderful experience! Ask for Princess!
