This was my first time at Griffin Motors and it was a great buying experience. I just walked in unannounced and was promptly greeted by Greg Davis. I shared with him what I was looking at and he went and brought that vehicle up to the building and gave a quick overview prior to me taking it for a test drive. Once I decided to buy the process moved quickly. Greg went over numbers and incentives. We quickly came to an agreement and he introduced me to Britany Robinson in finance. She quickly arranged all the financing and was every bit as friendly as Greg. She explained all the documents as I signed and answered questions with ease. I was given the option to wait for my new vehicle while they prepped it or to come back the next day. I choose to wait for it and was surprised how quickly it was ready. While I was waiting for the vehicle Greg took me to the service department to meet Frank Ferguson, the service advisor who gave a quick overview of his department. Overall a fantastic experience everyone was friendly and had no pressure placed on me during the transaction. Would and will definitely return again.

I am a senior citizen and have probably purchased at least a dozen vehicles in my lifetime. My experience at Griffin Motors was absolutely one of if not the best I’ve had. Every individual at that dealership was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. My salesman, Chris Linz, was all of the above. He treated me with respect and was very fair in the negotiations and I would absolutely buy another vehicle from him and Griffin Motors. Danielle, who handled all the paperwork for me, was also very engaging and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dealership.

This was my first time going to Kia Griffin and I had an extremely good experience with the service center! Upon arriving, a gentleman named Pat, who helped sign us in, was very kind and knowledgeable. I loved the owners car collection inside! I also appreciate the follow up from Kyle and thanked him for helping me to identify Pat to recognize him. Overall, I would absolutely recommend services to friends and family and we’ll be back!
