Everyone is so nice and helpful! Excellent customer service!! My husband and I went to look at a Pathfinder for myself and ended up coming out with a Pathfinder AND a Frontier ! We had both been looking for about 2 months but couldn’t find quite what we wanted - they had plenty of options to choose from and had what we were looking for (even if they didn’t I firmly believe they would have looked until they found what we were in search of) ! We were fortunate enough to work with Heather, Harold, and Noah. We spoke with some of the other team members but I don’t have their names, every single person was so very nice and kind. We were there with our 3 young children - they even helped us entertain the little ones so we could focus on the vehicle purchases and obtaining vehicle information. They were honest, upfront, and respectful of our time and our needs as well as our finances. They did NOT try to sell us a vehicle we didn’t want or wasn’t what we were looking for. I appreciate this because a lot of car dealerships we dealt with tried to do just that. They were not pushy about running out credit unnecessarily and sensitive to our credit and payment concerns. Heather was able to locate additional discounts and rebates for us to apply to assist with this process. On our test drive , Harold even called his wife so we could get information from an active driver of a pathfinder - thank you to her for her input as well !! Noah helped with the finance piece and was able to help us navigate through the optional warranties and insurance to come up with what best fit our specific needs. Each of these team members were very knowledgeable and professional. We worked with a few different dealers in Virginia and also North Carolina- they were by far the best for us to work with in either state. From start to finish it was an easy and actually enjoyable process! Thank you so much ! I know if we need anything in the future we can call you ! You guys are all terrific ! We have purchased several vehicles from Griffin Nissan. Most recently we were in the market for a new car since our daughter would be turning 16 and we are giving her the Nissan Altima we bought from them 4 years ago. We saw this Honda listed and were very interested! Harold stayed late that evening to make sure we got the car we wanted and a deal we were happy with! Noah helped us with financing and was a pleasure to work with! We have been doing business with them for several years and will continue to purchase vehicles from them! Great customer service!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Griffin Nissan! Everyone is so nice and helpful! I am partial to Harold Sellers though. He is ALWAYS my salesman. He is the best and will make it all happen! He sold me my last car a little less than a year ago, my Nissan Altima. I love it! Go see Harold to get that dream car or truck!

I had an amazing experience working with Heather and the entire Griffin Nissan team. Heather was excellent from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, not pushy at all, and accommodated every need I had quickly. Buying a car from another state can sometimes be difficult, but Griffin Nissan made the entire process easy. They gave me the price I was looking for and even delivered the vehicle to my house the very next day with a smile. The delivery team was great, right on time, and made everything seamless. Overall, Griffin Nissan made my day easier, my week easier, and the entire car buying process easy. Best car dealership we have went to, and we have been to a few over the years. We went to look at cars, and the dealer showed us several different options, was not pushy, discussed each option, and we were not made to feel like we we being pushed to buy a car. Very friendly, helpful and let us make the decision that works best for us. Best thing is, we have purchased a car here before, and they actually remembered us.
