Grimsby Chevrolet Buick GMC

Recently had our truck there for a over boost engine light! It was received and a bulletin was issued for this condition! Diagnosed and parts orded on Thursday, Friday we picked up the truck no issues! Saturday i proceeded to wash the truck as they did not? And noticed the bumper was not fully clipped into the grill or bracket behind? I called and ran down they reattach it correctly from what it appears? Vary basic work performed here... several weeks went by and I open the tailgate to find large plastic piece and a coffee cup full of bolts? I again called and was able to have the "tech" confirm he removed this part thru it in the back and forgot to reinstall!! They proceeded to persist i bring it in to have it recounted on the truck? No thanks I did it my self... they will never touch my vehicles again, no oil changes, warranties not even a simple tire rotation at this point.... I stopped going to wills a decade ago for poor salesmanship and concluded my thoughts yrs later after this! None of my fleet of trucks was bought there and never will go back again... if you have a truck take it to a GM truck center like queenston! It snowed the night before pick up. I was worried id be viewing it outdoors. No, they detailed it and brought it indoors for pick up. Warm and Clean. Great Job

I’m impressed I had a great experience buying a used vehicle I had expectations on what I was going to offer for the vehicle I was buying in price and also for my trade in value I haggled on both and I got what I wanted easily. All the way through the process the people I worked with were awesome, the business manager to the salesman to the used car manager they were all professional and friendly.
