Gross Motors of Black River Falls - Chevrolet

My car-buying journey started with a call from a Service Dept Staff Member, telling me they had gotten a couple new Chevy Trax in. I currently drove an orange Chevy Trax purchased from Gross Motors in BRF. Loved my Chevy Trax. When arriving, Eli, showed me options & I also spotted this Chevy Trailblazer. After test driving, I found more room & all the up-to-date features which Derek went through with us, including free Onstar connection. Super job Derek on wrapping up our sale. The Service Dept is also awesome.....I sometimes bake for their morning break. I would highly recommend Gross Motors to anyone!

Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this place I thought it was going to be a different kind of experience than I’ve had but nothing changes with these big dealerships… I traded a vehicle in less than 3 weeks ago, and I was told that the vehicle i was purchasing was inspected and clearly was not… they had just had a hail storm the day before purchasing and there was a big chip in the windshield clearly from the hail and was told it would be covered and now they won’t do anything about it because it’s in my possession now… it took a phone call for them to even mail me my check for the difference and I can’t even drive the vehicle now because the fuel injectors are bad and as soon as I got home the check engine light came on. Iam very angry that I brought them a basically brand new vehicle that I recently put $3,000 into and traded it for a P.O.S. Never doing business with them again.

The whole group of guys in the service dept are great! They're very knowledgeable about how insurance claims and processes work, so even though it's not their job, they definitely helped ease my anxiety throughout a situation in which I had no control. They helped me with a loaner/rental while my vehicle was inoperable, and they kept me updated about ordered parts, timelines, plans, any delays, etc... They're all relatable, welcoming, and easy to talk to, and one aspect that's always been important to me, they never made me feel like a "dumb girl" when I explained how my vehicle was damaged.

They helped me bring home my 2017 Prius!! Grant and Amanda were so genuine and kind, and did everything they could to help me come home with Ozzy!! Due to the vehicle's higher mileage, it was hard getting approved through certain lenders, but they explained all options and helped me pick what would work best so I could get approved and get the car i wanted, instead of pressuring me to get something I would end up hating.

Best car buying experience, hands down. Derek Morris, Amanda, Eli and the detailer guys made buying our vehicle incredibly easy. We were treated wonderfully and we would not hesitate to send anyone there to buy a vehicle. Thank you Gross Motors
