Grote Mitsubishi

Great experience with Grote and my salesman Malik! I appreciate everyone there (sales, financing etc) for making the deal happen on my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited and for making it painless as dealerships tend to be a tedious process! Didn't think it would happen getting approved but financing worked magic when others couldn't. I was also able to get 4 new tires out of the deal which never happens, so kudos on that as well. Excellent selection of vehicles and pricing was fair. Service department was very easy to work with to get the new tires installed. All in all I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend anyone come see Grote and Malik for your next vehicle purchase!

I went with my daughter to check out cars for her 16th birthday gift, the cars were ok some better than others as expected but we were just looking around test driving some to see how she liked them. What really brought this rating down was how pushy the salesmen was, she had found a car she liked so we went to talk numbers but my daughter also wanted to check out other dealerships and this particular salesman kept telling my daughter that she shouldn't keep looking around if she liked this one enough. But I know my daughter enough that she felt pressured to keep saying yes and that she liked this car so we went to leave and this salesman had the audacity to send his boss out to try and convince me to tell my daughter to buy the car. What the nerve they had as soon as this was over my daughter refused to buy a car from here and we will definitely not visit again 👎

Great experience especially for someone as myself buying a car for the first time and letting my mom be on the phone with me as well to help me out. Great customer service! Asking me if I needed anything while I waited and explaining more of what I would need to know :)

Grote was able to get me into the vehicle of my dreams after being turned down by multiple places. I can’t thank Jason enough everything he did that day from explaining processes to me to helping keep my 3 kids entertained. Thank you so much for everything!

Bought a vehicle. Headlight needed fixed which they added 1k to the purchase price to fix. Engine light came on 5 mins after leaving the lot. Hub bearing was going out and was told no need for rental because 99% sure it would be fixed in 1 day. A week later got it back and passenger window doesn’t even roll down so now I can dump more money into a car that I haven’t even made the 1st payment on. Highly suggest avoiding them!
